This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Bizwyse ("Bizwyse", "we", "us") collects when you visit bizwyse.com or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. Bizwyse is a web development and digital marketing agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and a concern of Ogrogami Group.

Summary

We only collect contact details that you give us yourself, plus standard usage data from analytics and advertising tools.
We use your details to reply to you, prepare the audit or quote you asked for, and run our business. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. You can accept or reject them at any time through Cookie settings in the site footer.

What information we collect

Information you give us

When you use the contact or free technical audit form, we collect your name, business email, phone number (optional), website address and the message you write. If you email us, message us on social media or join a call, we receive the details you share there.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, we and our service providers collect technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, approximate location (country or city level) and the time of your visit. Some of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies, described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

To respond to you and provide the audit, proposal or service you requested.
To run and protect the website, for example to stop spam, abuse and attacks.
To understand how the site is used (with Google Analytics) so we can improve content and pages, if you allow analytics cookies.
To measure and improve our advertising (with the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API), if you allow advertising cookies.
To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business and tax records.

Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we rely on your consent (analytics and advertising cookies), the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (answering your enquiry), our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, and legal obligations.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as much as they need:

Hosting and email: our web hosting provider, which stores the website and the enquiries sent through it, and our email provider.
Cloudflare: content delivery, security and privacy-friendly web analytics.
Google: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (usage statistics), and Google Fonts (font delivery, which receives your IP address).
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, used to measure ad performance. When you submit a form and have not rejected advertising cookies, we send Meta your email, phone and name in hashed (scrambled) form, together with your IP address and browser details, so Meta can match the enquiry to an ad.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business reorganisation within Ogrogami Group. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

International transfers

Our team is in Bangladesh and some of our providers (such as Google, Meta and Cloudflare) process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, these providers use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project and billing records for as long as the law requires. Analytics data in Google Analytics is kept for up to 14 months. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent, and receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with a data protection authority, you can also complain to that authority.

Security

The site uses HTTPS everywhere, security headers and access controls on our admin area, and enquiries are only available to authorised team members. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Our services are for businesses. The site is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
